What's that French song (see some lyrics below)?

I was only able to make out the part of the song that was in
English...I believe the rest of the song is in French.

Lyrics:
"it doesn't matter what language you speak, English, Chinese..."

That's all I was able to get. Not a lot of melody in the song, mostly
just a catchy beat (almost like rap). It sounds like a female voice
but I'm not positive. Thanks for your help.
