'The Help' Co-Stars Join Indie 'Light Years' (Exclusive)
Allison Janney and Chris Lowell, each of whom made an appearance within the Help, have became a member of Jessica Szohr and Rose McIver in Many Years, an intimate drama indie that started shooting now in NY.our editor recommendsAllison Janney Joins Cast of 'Liberal Arts' (Exclusive)'The Help' and 'Mad Men' Win Hollywood Publish Alliance Honours PHOTOS: How 'The Help' Was Cast Maggie Kiley is pointing the feature, which grows and develops upon the storyline she told together with her award-winning short Some Boys Don't Leave which starred Jesse Eisenberg. Kiley authored the script with Matthew Mullen. Lowell is playing a boy who's heartbroken on the girl (McIver) and starts rapport with Szohr's character, though he can't move forward away from the main one with whom he thinks he's intended to be with. When he would go to work on an observatory, he meets an astronomer (Janney) who helps guide him back right path. Clark Gregg and Peter Jacobson will also be within the movie. Paul Finkel and Jason Potash of the items A Global Productions are creating together with Kyle Heller and Gina Resnick under their VariEnt banner. Janney lately wrapped Liberal Arts, Josh Radnor's follow-as much as his directorial debut Happythankyoumoreplease and it has the indie Struck by Lightning within the can. Lowell recurred for many seasons on Private Practice and lately wrapped AWOL, also starring Liam Hemsworth and Aimee Teegarden. Both of them are repped by WME and Thruline Entertainment.
