OsnesLaura Osnes will topline the Encores! staging of Rodgers and Hammerstein tuner "Fantasy" this spring.Osnes ("Anything Goes") recently starred as Bonnie in Rialto tuner "Bonnie and Clyde" before that short-were living production shuttered lately.
